THE BIRTH OF SINGULAR

The story of Singular began with two young talents Akaki Meladze and George Shamugia who were hungry for success and convinced that nothing less than outstanding is acceptable. With this vision in mind, Akaki and George started Singular.

FIRST MAJOR WIN

2011 marked the inaugural success of Singular: the company signed a strategic partnership with the Bank of Georgia. Within one month, Singular delivered 14 different projects for the Bank of Georgia’s largest re-branding project in their history – “Feel the Future”.

The very same year, Singular got their first taste of fintech and created mobile internet bank apps for the Bank of Georgia and a mobile wallet system Kerketi for the Mobile Finance Eurasia.

ENTERING THE IGAMING INDUSTRY

The real take-off began with the strategic partnership between Singular and Adjarabet. This was the first exposure of the team to the iGaming industry.

Backgammon, the first joint product of Singular and Adjarabet overtook the competition in three months and doubled in player numbers, becoming the best backgammon software on the market.

SINGULAR IGAMING PLATFORM

Darko officially left Adjarbet to join Singular as a partner and head of the new development base in Skopje, North Macedonia.

The two companies continued growing a strong partnership that resulted in the development of the 360-degree iGaming Platform and the successful migration of Adjarabet’s operations to the Singular Platform.

SPORTS BETTING PLATFORM

Within the first two months of working on the Sports Betting Platform, the company revenue increased by 25% and kept growing as the new versions of the product were released. With its unparalleled innovative features, Singular Sports Betting Platform became one of the company’s most prominent products with no analogues on the market.

MOMENTS OF PRIDE

In 2016, Singular exhibited at ICE Totally Gaming, the biggest event in the iGaming industry. The Singular products were also recognized by some of the most prestigious iGaming Awards among which EGR B2B Awards and SBC Awards.

NEW STRATEGIC FOCUS

In order to stay ahead of the innovation curve in the industry, Singular decided to focus on the four main product verticals: comprehensive iGaming platform, Sports Betting Platform with industry-leading features, Casino Engine with limitless content and reliable Retail Platform.

INVESTMENT

In 2018, Singular received a major investment from Vereeni Investments and joined the newly unveiled fund “Level Up” along with other successful ventures within the fintech, media, iGaming, business intelligence, software development, crypto and blockchain verticals.

Vereeni’s curated investment ecosystem opened further expansion and operational investment opportunities for Singular that will be fueled by the company‘s unique technology.

SPORTS BETTING GENERATION 4

In September 2019, Singular released the 4th generation of the Sports Betting Platform, a holistic product, tailored to both the market and the players. The product’s technology will empower operators with the insights and tools to significantly optimize both their offering and their margins in the long run.
