Flutter Entertainment Plc has acquired 100% of Singular, recognizing the company’s technology as the key factor for this strategic decision. The acquisition creates a vast number of opportunities for growth into new markets.
The Flutter Group (flutter.com) is the world’s largest publicly listed online gaming company with operations across more than 100 global markets. The Group is best known for its flagship brand PokerStars and other world-known names in the industry: PaddyPower, FanDuel, SportsBet, and more.
Singular will be joining the international division of Flutter among Junglee Games, Betfair, and Adjarabet, a long-standing client of Singular. Through the experience with Adjarabet, Flutter got exposed to Singular’s way of work and the team’s flexibility and agility in product development. The acquisition is a sign of recognition of Singular’s technological capacity, company culture, and the team’s innovation potential.
